Annual Returns

Pursuant to the provisions of Section 92(3) of the Companies Act, 2013, every company is required to place a copy of its Annual Return on the website of the company, if any, and disclose the web-link of such Annual Return in the Board’s Report.

In compliance with the above provision, the Annual Return of Telerad Tech Private Limited for the relevant financial year(s) shall be placed on the Company’s website within the prescribed timelines. The web-link to the same will be disclosed in the Board’s Report upon publication.
